That Law was launched at the Constitutional Court by the AAK parliamentary group's chief and 9 other MPs.
“Gjykata has unanimously decided (i) to declare acceptable demand; and (i) unanimously, to claim that Article 2 (Change and Complete Law No. 04/L-261 for Kosovo Liberation Army War veterans, amended and met with Law No. The controversial Law's 05L-141) is not in conflict with Article 24 [Entimate vs Law] and Article 46 [Protection of Property] of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo in relation to Article 1. 1 of the European Convention on Human Rights; (i) with eight (8 ) votes for and one (1) against, which Article 3 (Change and completion of Law No.04/ L-092 for Conflicted Law Persons is not in conflict with Article 24 [Entimate Before Law] and Article 46 [Protection of Property] of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo in connection with Article 1. 1 of the European Convention on Human Rights; (i) unanimously, which article 4 (Change and Complete Law No. 05 L-067 for the Status and Rights of Preplegic Persons and Tavplegic Persons) of the Conflicted Law is not in conflict with Article 24 [Prest Law] and Article 46 [Protection of Property] of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo in connection with Article 1. 1 of the European Convention on Human Rights; (iv) with eight (8 ) votes for and (1) against, to ensure that Article 6 (the change and completion of the Law No. 03L-212 of the Opposed Law) is not in conflict with Article 51 [Health and Social Protections] of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo; and (v) unanimously, proclaimed, based on Article 43. (Aphatus) of Law No. L-121 for the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo, the No.08/L-142 Law on the Change and Fulfilling of Laws Determining the Most Beneficiation at the Elevation of the Minimal Parliament, the Ministerial Page Act and the Tax Scales in the Annual Personal Future, is sent to the President of the Republic of Kosovo for the declaration”, said among other things in the decision.
