Crenaria's “Week, parallel to the empowering of LGBTQI+ persons, aims to raise collective awareness and visibility of sexual orientation and/or various gender identities in Kosovo society, address issues of the current situation of LGBTQI+ persons, and fight discrimination and the uneven treatment of LGBTQI+ persons in Kosovo. ”

The official opening of the Crenaria Week is done under the auspices of the Office for Good Governance, Human Rights, Equal Access and Against Discrimination ) the Prime Minister's Office, from 6:00 in the Kosovo Government building.
