The prosecution has considered that if the suspect is found in freedom, then there is danger of escape in order to avoid criminal responsibility, conceal or change evidence, and there is a danger that could repeat criminal work or perform works of another nature.

By contrast, the Foundation Court's Department of Crimes in Pristina on Thursday has held hearings, while deciding on the prosecution's request is expected.
