I inform you that indictees N. M, G.P. and K.K. were continued detention measures for two months under the arrangement of 21,06.2024, which the measure will be counted from 27.06.2024 to 26.08.2024, under the legal conditions envisioned at KPP”, Gashi's response is said.
Initially, the three suspects -- the Constitutional Court in Pristina on December 3rd, 2023 -- had assigned the detention measure to 30 days long, which the Court of Appeals had also ruled.
The fourth suspects in this case, T.D., on December 11, 2023, have been assigned the detention measure. He was arrested on December 9th, under suspicion of selling his gun to the handman.
Otherwise, for the fourth suspect, T. D, the Supreme Court had decided to stop the detention measure and defend itself in freedom after he filed complaints against the decisions of the two lower courts that left him in custody.
The reasons for the murder of Adamaj, which had Swedish citizenship along with her husband and two sons, are not yet known.
In this case, suspected of the murder of Ademij, are her husband, Naim Murseli, suspected of organising the murder, Granit Plava, Cocalla Corps, and T.D.
