I want Lipa, who is known for her open attitudes and support for equality and equal rights for all, has made a special wish on social networks. “Ureme Month of Kingdom Kosovo”, she wrote in Instastery, where she shared with followers the confessions of four queer artists in Kosovo, made on her Serivce95 platform last year.
These confessions serve as evidence of the power of personal expression and of praying for acceptance in a society that is still learning to accept and honor diversity in all its forms.
The Crenaria Week in Pristina is a series of activities and events aimed at raising awareness and honouring the LGBT+ community in Kosovo.
The week of Crenaria this year is under the motto “we have been and we will be”, an expression of community determination and pride for their identity and history.
I want Lipa, with her influential voice and international platform, is contributing to increased awareness of human rights and support of the LGBT+ community in Kosovo. Its support and that of many others is a step towards a more innuendo and open society in Kosovo and beyond. /Telegraphy/
