On the 25th anniversary of Skywright's liberation, the sculpture of Leutrim Ahmeti, the 7-year-old one killed during the recent war in Kosovo, has been inaugurated.
Along with the leaders of the Scikyright Community, Szukrie Ahmeti, has discovered the September of her son Leotrim.
The head of the Scikyright municipality, Fadil Nura, has declared that in the course of September of the legendary commander-in-chief, Adem Jashar, the square of this city, will hold the September of seven-year Leutration representing every victim killed in the Kosovo war.
This is the story of Leotrim's mother, Shukry Ahmeti, the story that inspired the sculptor, Sabri Behraj.
Leotrim is the son of Malush Ahmeti, witness of KLA.
Malush's home in Rezalla has served as a job of fixing and maintaining the weapons with which the KLA fought the Serbian opposition.
Various photos, wartime evidence in Skenderaj and the Drenica area are located in the main square.
This year, marked 25 years by the liberation of Squirreled by the Serbian Armed Forces. To commemorate this day, the Weekend Community has organised a series of activities, including homazhes at the “Adem Jashari” Memorial complex in Presaz and Marina.
A solemn session is held in the Skywright municipality Assembly, followed by a memorial academy, to honour the martyrs and martyrs of the municipality.
