Kurt's conditions in Brussels, how Vuciq responded when Borelli told him about them

EU High Representative for Foreign Policy Josep Borrell has been talking about discussions with Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Serbia's President Aleksandar Vuciq about the implementation plan. He has said the EU has presented a plan to them, but parties have agreed, even said they remain in distant positions. [...]
Prime Minister Kurti has said he has presented three conditions for starting to implement the agreement, which is its signing, the withdrawal of Brnabiq's letter Serbia does not accept Kosovo's membership in the UN and its agency, and the handover of Radojic. Borell has shown the response to these conditions.
Serbia was able to fully meet Kosovo's conditions, citing constitutional restrictions. While President Vuciq gave indicators that he is ready to explore options concerning the former prime minister's letter (Brnabiq) and the formalisation of agreements in accordance with dialogue practices in the past in order to unblock implementation of the agreement. Before the meeting we as the EU made a new proposal to implement the agreement that will lead the implementation phase. But, unfortunately, conditioning implementation did not allow discussion about how to proceed for concrete action implementation on the sides. The positions of the parties on how to launch implementation remain very distant and, as a result, how normalisation must continue”, the Spanish diplomat stressed.
