Prime Minister Albin Kurti has said the government's goal is for Kosovo to have a secure trade, citing the possibility of X-ray scanning device, such as Germany.
Kurti made these comments during his visit to the Hamburg Port with a delegation from Kosovo at the invitation of the German government's special representative for the Western Balkans, Manuel Sarrazin.
“German government special representative for the Western Balkans Manuel Sarrazin, whom I thank for warm hospitality, which concerns monitoring and teaching this X-ray scan that takes place at Hamburg port for containers, manu, and other carriers”.
“We are interested in having secure trade so security in Kosovo means security of borders, and today we are seeing what the conditions with which the German government would agree to equip us with such X-ray scanners to increase security in Kosovo's borders as far as goods enter us and also become part of Europe in monitoring safe borders and trade. I thank Sarraz once again for this opportunity at the port of Hamburg, where the head control of goods is made in security”, Kurti said.
