The Kurti-Wukiq meeting in Brussels comes for the first time after more than nine months, with a new round of talks on normalising relations following the September 24th terrorist attack on Banjska, when an armed Serb group attacked the Kosovo Police and killed Sergeant Africa Bulnjak. /rtclives
