Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti has given a speech to the structures of the Vetevendosje Movement.
He has said that in 2025 he will win two sets of elections -- parliamentary ones as well as local ones.
During Kurti's speech, the opposition claimed “could postpone the elections indefinitely”.
