Kryeziu: Serbia has hampered Kosovo's entry into KiE, failed to respect Ohrid agreement

Former Constitutional Judge Kadri Kryeziu has indicated Serbia has hampered Kosovo's entry into the Council of Europe.

This, according to Kryeziu, does not conflict with the Ohrid Agreement.

The prime minister's “requirements are legitimate requirements and are right in political terms, but diplomatic requirements do not create any effect”, Kryeziu says in Klan Kosova.

The Ohrid Agreement is the agreement on implementing 29 agreements, among them is Article 7 which sanctions and says that the parties or states interfere with their integration into international mechanisms”.
