In their expose, Kosovo police have reportedly reacted in a case of break-up order and public calm at a cafe, where they have imposed fines on two persons for obstructing public order.
It is noteworthy that Kosovo police are guided by the most democratic principles and all police measures and actions have undertaken in the function of maintaining public order and calm, as well as ensuring security against all citizens indiscriminately.
Therefore, such biased statements do not serve citizens or public security, as police actions are based on pre-law procedures, including that of maintaining public order and calm”, it is said in their announcement.
