According to the Kosovo Criminal Code, what are the penalties for those who commit spying

Both were arrested before 12:00 on Wednesday, and part of the action was also the Kosovo Intelligence Agency. They are allegedly co-operating with Serbian intelligence structures for many years.
In the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo, the criminal act of spying enters within the framework of criminal acts against the constitutional order and security of the Republic of Kosovo.
The minimum punishment for this work is 5 years in prison, and the maximum is 12 years.
Article 131 says:
1. Anyone who communicates the secret to the State, hand it over or make it accessible to the foreign state, the foreign organisation, or the person serving them, is sentenced to imprisonment of five (5) to 11 years in prison.
2. Whoever for the state or foreign organisation creates intelligence in the Republic of Kosovo or heads such service is sentenced to no less than ten (10) years in prison.
3. Anyone entering the foreign intelligence service collects information about it or in some other way helps work such service is sentenced to no less than five years in prison.
4. Anyone who collects classified data or documents in order to communicate and hand over the foreign state, foreign organization, or the person serving them is sentenced to jail time of three (3) to ten (10) years.
5. If a criminal offense was carried out in paragraphs 1, 2, 3. Or 4. This article has caused serious consequences for the security or military or economic power of the state, the head is sentenced to prison no less than ten (10) years.
6. If the criminal record is correct in paragraph 1. Or 4. This article is carried out during wartime, the inevitable risk of war, armed conflict, or the discovery of state secret concerns the security of the Republic of Kosovo, the mayor sentenced to no less than ten (10) years in prison or to life imprisonment.
7. For the purposes of this chapter, the state secret “ ” implies military, economic or official data or documents that have been declared as legally classified information or other provisions or decisions of the competent body released in accordance with the law.
