Konjufca indicated that this reception occurred at the official dinner under the 11th plenary session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Southeast European Co-operation Process, and that, according to him, was a very good opportunity to discuss the region's best future.
“View of economic development, accompanied by stability and security, under the steadfast principles of democracy, co-operation, respect and equality, as well as common goals, are the formulation that brings the Republic of Kosovo, as well as other countries in the region, to this important organisation that responds to Southeast Europe's 2030 European Strategy, as well as its strategic guidelines for sustainable economic development in the region and progress in good order to our citizens”, Conjuca wrote on Facebook.
He announced that Kosovo expects the SEECP to contribute to improving regional co-operation and European integration, as well as, according to him, to help boost security throughout the region.
“In this opportunity the SEECP and Chairman Gashi offered us as a host, I had the chance to present the contribution and perspective of the Republic of Kosovo along with this shared vision. We will also again have the opportunity to present these views along the plenary session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Southeast European Co-operation Process”.
Kosovo expects the SEECP to contribute to improving regional co-operation and European integration, to help boost security throughout the region, including Kosovo, and to strongly condemn behaviour that endangers the peace, stability and European travel of Kosovo and the region. He also expects this forum to strongly support the integration ambitions of the region and to seek from EU institutions and member states to allow for Kosovo EU candidate status and Kosovo's membership in international organisations, including at the Council of Europe”, it is said further in his writing.
