Adopted the Water Source Management Bill. This bill regulates the judicial status of water, water land, and water facilities, as well as the regulations on quality management and quantity of water resources, the exploitation and distribution of water resources, the protection of water resources, and the protection from harmful water activities.
Aproved the Project Rule for Determine Proceeding Effects on Identification, Reporting and Reference to Exploitation, Negligation and Child Abuse, as well as on Child Protection in the Street Situate. It addresses the procedure and responsibilities and the role of relevant institutions in fighting and preventing negative phenomena affecting the welfare of children. The regulation is the sixth sub-legal act, and with its approval the Ministry of Justice completes all infrastructure of underground acts, which result from the Law on Child Protection.
Complete and changed the earlier decision on the appointment of the Kosovo Clinical and University Hospital Hospital Board. According to this completion of change, Dr. Naim Bardiqi, from the Health Ministry, is replaced by Dr. Besa Balidem, and Dr. Besim Demolli, Ferizaj General Hospital is replaced by Dr. Ismet Ramadani from Gnjilan General Hospital, on the basis of the rotation and fulfillment of quality health services indicators.

The Kosovo Republic's Strategy for Traditional Justice adopted 2024-34. A comprehensive framework for addressing the painful wartime past in Kosovo will be established through it. This document is based on focused access to victims, gender sensitivity, and compliance with international standards and standards, among other things. The strategy aims to address the terrible crimes committed by the former Yugoslavia and Serbia during the war in Kosovo, as well as the needs of groups of victims of those crimes. This is the first time our country has been adopting such a document.

It approved the decision to ask the president of the Republic of Kosovo to grant authorisation to the Minister of Finance, Labour and Transfers for the signing of the Kosovo Action Agreement in the European Plus Social Fund's Employment and Innovation Programme. This agreement regulates conditions for Kosovo's participation in programmes organised by the European Union.
Adopted the initiative for changing the status application of the Republic of Kosovo to the International Francophony Organisation (ONF), from associate member of full-fledged member. The Republic of Kosovo's demand for changing its status on the UNF is based on its political interest and will to further develop co-operation with the UNF, and with other countries of Francophone space, as well as its further and comprehensive integration into the international arena. Ten years have already been made since Kosovo's accession as an observer member of Francophony (Dakar, 2014) and six years of advancement as an associate member (Erevan, 2018). The Republic of Kosovo has developed various activities and projects, proving it is willing to further deepen co-operation with the UNF.
Adopted the initiative for linking the Grant Agreement in the middle of the Republic of Kosovo, represented by the Ministry of Finance, Labour and Transference and International Development Association for the “Trust Fund with a Single Donator for the Programme of Promotion and Planning of Water Insurance Options”. This project has to do with strengthening the national capacity to manage water safety measures through catalytic investments.
He set aside 142,000 euros for the Western Balkans Summit in Pristina, organised by the “The Economist”. This event contributes to increasing our country's international image, stressing our advances in various areas and creating new opportunities for international co-operation and investment.
Adopted the initiative for linking the International Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kosovo and the Government of the Republic of Italy for co-operation in the Security Field. With this agreement, we aim to increase the strengthening of co-operation between the two states, to prevent threats to public security and to combat all forms of crime, especially by exchanging information at strategic and operational levels, and by maintaining regular contact with competent authorities.
Adopted the initiative for linking the International Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kosovo and the government of the Kingdom of Sweden for International Road Transport of Travelers and Goods. This agreement regulates international road transport of travellers and goods between the two countries, such as bilatheral transport, transit and third countries. This kind of co-operation is aimed at advancing economic relations, given environmental protection, rational exploitation of energy, increased security in road communications, and free movement of travellers and goods between the two countries.
It favoured the initiative on linking the International Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kosovo and the Government of the Republic of Finland for International Travel of Travelers and Goods. This agreement will enable access to our residence operators, creating suitable conditions for entering the European market of international transportation of travelers and goods. It also contributes to advancing bilateral trade relations, aimed at increasing the economic balance in goods trade between the two countries.
Adopted the annual Official Statistics Plan for 2025. The objectives included in the 2025 Annual Labor Plan stem from the five-year program of Official Statistics, which is based on preliminary promise of better human and financial resource exploitation by increasing organisational and production efficiency.

Divided threem euros for implementation of the Mass 2.2 “Support of Economic Resilience Business in Finance”. The purpose of this division is to create a new window in co-operation with the Kosovar Fund for Credistan Guarantee that will enable guaranteeing business loans opened by our fellow countrymen. This aims to support fellow countrymen who have businesses in the diaspora to return and invest in the country, and through this window guarantee credit taken to invest in the country.
It splits three million euros for the implementation of Mass 4.5 “Support of the Economic Resurrection Pack, which envisions the coverage of the Border Police for fellow countrymen who come to the Republic of Kosovo and during their stay here. The aim is to link agreements between the Central Bank, the Ministry of Finance, Labour and Transference, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Kosovo Security Bureau to ensure the coverage of the Border Police, in order to enable the easier crossing of border points.
Founded Industrial and Technological Park, with the appointment of “Park General in the Drenas municipality. The General Park is of enormous importance for the country's economic development, has a total of 36.50 hectares, and envisions deployment of up to 50 businesses, mainly with production and processing activities.
