The crash with Government, Osman: I keep the phone open all the time, but the capital interest proposals are that way.

A proposal of recent moments of senior diplomat Donika Gervalla-Schwarz on behalf of the Government of Kosovo to write an Association Draft in exchange for convincing allies for support in the KiE has resulted in a clash among heads of state.

Kosovo's president, after having consulted at all about such a proposal, had said the same one threw the letter of three heads of state into the water and all the work done. Osmani had also criticised the fact that Kosovo's top diplomat had made vows, drawing association as only from the package of agreements.

Seeing such frustration among the heads of state, Prime Minister Glauk Konjufca had tried to reason on the Government, saying that they have managed to communicate with President Osmani since he was in the U.S., an excuse President Osmani has called funny.

One of the journalists who was part of President Vjosa Osmani's conference in Drenas has returned this topic today. After Osman was finished, a journalist whispered “Keep the phone open”.

Osman, with half a smile as he walked out, responded by saying that the phone always keeps open, adding further that the capital interest proposals for the country are made in such a way.
