Under the court's ruling, it has been found that the law in question has no violations in articles 21, 35, 52 and 53, which have been contested by PDK deputies.
“Gjykata has decided (i) unanimously to declare acceptable demand; and (i) to declare, unanimously, that articles 21 (Council), 35 (Determination Special Selection of the Investor), 52 (Successation Despond) and 53 (Reservation) of Law No.08/L-209 for Sustainable Investments, are not in conflict with Article 1. [Use of Riches and Natural Resources] of the Constitution; and (ii) unanimously, announce that, according to Article 43, (Aphatus) of the Law No. 03L-21 for the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo, No.08/L-209 for Sustainable Investment, is sent to the President of the Republic of Kosovo for the declaration of”.
Already the law on sustainable investments is sent to President Vjosa Osmani for announcement.
