Five Constitutional and Appeals Prosecutors are expected to become with the new chief prosecutors at the end of this year

Under the Law for the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council number 06/L-056, Article 22 explains that the mandate of the chief Prosecutors of the Founding Prosecutors is 4 years old.
“The chief prosecutor is named by the Council for a four-year period (4), with the possibility of continuing even for an additional” mandate, says Article 22 of the KKP Law.
Otherwise, on December 24, 2020 The KKP had selected for chief prosecutor of Prizren Admir Shala, Ferizaj chief prosecutor Shukri Jasharin of Mitrovica, Ismet Ujkan, and Peja's Agim Kurmehaj and Gjilan, Arben Kadriun, who had all started on January 1st 2021.
