Even for Alma Kaci, criminal acts were changed.
She was sentenced to the first degree in prostitution as she decided to sentence her to 1 year and 6 months in prison for charging active corruption.
Kaci's Djind benefit from the cut-off judgment, reportedly dropped 1/3 of the sentence, 3 years for Gjic and 1 year for Alma Kaci, respectively.
None of them participated in the process, while the former mayor of Kukes has been in hospital for about two months.
