Borrell announced that Prime Minister Kurti was not ready to hold a trilate meeting there, while stressing that Serbia had accepted.
He said that during bilateral meetings Kurti presented three conditions for further commitment to the process of normalising reports with Serbia.
The first “, formulating the Base Agreement through signing by the respective heads of state. The second, the removal of official letter delivered to the EU by former Serbian Prime Minister Anna Brnabiq, on December 13th 2023.
