Borrell expects the EU to lift sanctions on Kosovo: That was my proposal.

EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell held a press conference Monday. Borell spoke about the issue of punitive measures against Kosovo, saying he expects them to leave.
