U.d. BKS's Shefek Grbovci in conflict of interest, works at the company “Security” as adviser already named chief director at BKS

Kosovo Insurance Bureau director Sefik Gerbovci's duty to the head of the Kosovo Bureau of Security, not complying with the recommendations of the Central Bank of Kosovo and with a secret and devised competition, has been selected to become director of the BKS. But according to KosovoNews sources last week, the Economic Crimes Police have launched investigations by order of the prosecution under suspicion of setting up the competition.

Meanwhile, Grbovci dailies do not end with that much alone, Grbovci is also in open conflict of interest in relation to the position of BKS director, taught that Sefik Grbovci is adviser to the manager of the insurance company “Security” Fitim Rexhepaj.

Meanwhile company director “Security” Fitim Rexhepaj is deputy chairman of the Council of the Kosovo Insurance Bureau, which illegally and ignored the recommendations of the Central Bank of Kosovo to elect Grbovci for BKS director.

At the BKS Administrative Council meeting held on 11 June, Sefik Grbovci was selected to become BKS director without any competition or public calls.

Through a covert and devised competition, the BKS administrative council in which Mr. Fitim Rexhepaj chief of Grbovci company “Security” last week selected Grbovci for chief BKS chief chief. All this situation created within the KSF finds Sefik Grbovci in open conflict of interest in the leadership position in which he has been selected.

But besides getting a salary from company “Security”, Grbovci is also paid by several other insurance companies.

For all these findings, and to provide clarifications to KosovaNews has sent questions to the official e-mail Mr. Chief Chief Grbovci and Mr. Fitim Rexhepaj, but they have not answered our questions.
