Bislimi talks again about EU measures: They are unproportional, related to the turmoil of May 26th and 29th

I think from the start it has been clear to each EU member state that the deployment of measures is unfair. There are also those who feel there are violations of legal procedures within the EU for the way the measures for Kosovo are set, and there are those who have initiated requests within the European Commission to verify legitimacy. For example, an Albanian expert in Germany who is exchanging messages and paperwork with the European Commission to see whether the legal basis on which these decisions were made is healthy, Bislimi said.
Bislimi said the reason why Kosovo has been imposed on the measures relates to the turmoil of 26 May and 29 May.
Kosovo's chief negotiator for dialogue with Serbia, added that since the riots have occurred within our country's territory, measures have also been imposed.
“The reason why Kosovo has been put in place on 26 May and 29 May, which is said many times that the origin of these riots is known, the origin is in Belgrade, but because they have occurred within Kosovo's territory, the measures are set for Kosovo. The measures are disproportionate. From Kosovo, something that contributes nothing to the deespass, for example at a time when they protest in Zvecan, the EU's request was to move the mayor to Leposaviq. There was no connection between demand and crossing in the field. More importantly, the measures have been temporary and returnable after the deespass. The biggest problem has been at the moment when it is without an inequality of EU approach when Serbia for far greater violations is not faced with measures, while Kosovo, only because it has implemented the law, has faced measures”, Bislim has further said.
