Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi has said that they will not submit to the Constitutional Court a draft for association that s dyshojnë “as signed neither ownership nor ownership”.
He made that statement while commenting on the condition set by several Council of Europe member states that the demand for Kosovo membership be successful.
Kosovo has met all the requirements the Council of Europe has requested from Kosovo, and the Parliamentary Assembly has said Kosovo deserves to be a full member because it meets all criteria. Then there have been others who have deviated from the European Commission's demands and who have been rejected by the Parliamentary Assembly itself, such as the request to submit the draft a draft which actually constitutes neither draft nor document nor has the signature or ownership until the present month has several addresses that have said whether it is a draft of our own. We do not send newspaper articles or opinions or drafts that do not have authorship or ownership at the Constitutional Court”, he said.
Bislimi said this does not block Kosovo's path to EU membership.
However, dialogue is part of the Stabilisation and Association Agreement agreed on by the preliminary governments at the moment this agreement is agreed on. Consequently, it will be part of our assessment, but it is not something that blocks integration. If we had opened the chapters and then it would have been said that the chapter could not be closed that it is still the theme of the” dialogue.
