According to data collected by the World Bank and referring to national statistical offices the average life expectancy expected in Kosovo is 80 years.
Comparing Kosovo's data to other countries in the region, we are better with life expectancy of about 4-5 years than other Western Balkan states.
In the report “World Population Perspectives: Review 2022”, Kosovo leads with the average life expectancy expected to be 80 years.
After Kosovo, Albania comes for 77 years, Montenegro with 76, Bosnia and Herzegovina with 75, Serbia 75 and Northern Macedonia by 74 years.
