In addition to regular operational plans, the Kosovo Tax Administration has set up a special team for field inspections to verify whether businesses are regulating fiscal vouchers, in this period when consumer services are up to an apparent level.
” These inspections are part of our ongoing efforts to ensure a fair and transparent fiscal system”.
Through this announcement, ATK calls on taxpayers to be regular in issuing fiscal coupons so that they do not become the target of penalties. We also remember that issuing fiscal coupons is a legal obligation for all economic subjects, and disrespecting this obligation could bring administrative sanctions and other legal penalties, which lead to their closure.
