“Today afternoon, the Interconnecting Office of the Republic of Kosovo in Serbia has been announced for the arrest of citizens of the Republic of Kosovo, Mr. Tefiq Mustafa, from Serbia's authorities in Merdara, on charges of allegedly alleged war crimes against the non-Albanian population during the Kosovo war in 1999. ”
The communique says that the Kosovo Liaison Office in Serbia has announced US and Great Britain diplomatic missions and other states in Belgrade.
