15 months in prison against “Russia” for attacks on KFOR members in Zvecan

The Constitutional Court in Pristina has sentenced the accused to attack KFOR members in Zvecan, Nenad Orlovic, to 15 months in prison and 12,000 euros in fines. The chairman of the court, Valbona Musliu Selimaj, said the decision would become directly applicable since it comes as a result of the plea agreement.
Kosovo citizen Orlovic was convicted of criminal acts of participation in the crowd performing criminal and hooligan acts and assault on the official person.
He is in custody from June 26th last year.
According to the indictment, he has used strong means, improvised explosive devices and firearms in the direction of KFOR members.
The Special Prosecutor's Act against Orlovic is linked on May 29th of last year when the violent crowd of Serb protesters hurt about 90 KFOR members. /Koha.net/
