Xi Putin expresses condolences for Iranian president's death

According to the Kremlin, Putin told Khamene in a message:
Please accept my deepest condolences about the great tragedy that happened to the people of the Islamic Republic of Iran”, the Clankosova.tv broadcasts.
“Seed Ebrahim Reis was a prominent politician who devoted his whole life to serving Homeland”.
“As a true friend of Russia, he made an invaluable personal contribution to developing good neighbourly relations between our countries and made great efforts to bring them to strategic partnership level”.
Even Chinese President Xi Jinping expressed condolences Monday about the death of Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi, according to the foreign ministry.
His unfortunate death “is a great loss for the Iranian people and also caused China to lose a good friend”, Foreign Ministry spokesman Wang Wenbin said at a daily news conference, the AP reports.
Xi also praised Rais' key “for preserving Iran's security and stability” and for its “positive” efforts in China-Iran relations.
Wang also expressed condolences over Iran's Foreign Minister Hossain Amirabdullahian's death and said China will continue to provide the assistance and support needed for Iran.
