Vogel has said it is interesting how EU High Representative Josep Borrell found a way to impose measures on Kosovo, while for their removal already reportedly a vote by 27 member states is needed.
“Interested that Josep Borrell found a way to impose temporary and returnable “against the Kosovo government without an official decision by the Council, yet the removal of these measures suddenly requires a vote by 27 member states”, Vogel has written.
EU spokesman Peter Stano, in an address to the media, has said the measures continue to remain in force and that they leave when member states decide.
