The violent mayor of Belgrade physically attacked a citizen, kidnapped his phone, and thrown it to the ground

As you can see and hear on video, Shapiq was arguing with citizens gathered around a project, and at one point, he was seen stealing a citizen's mobile phone and dropping it on the ground.

Jankovic confirms that Shapiq has spoken to several activists after the conference while there has been verbal conflict with one of them who has thrown his phone at him.
