After signing the agreement on understanding between the US government and Kosovo against manipulation of information from foreign states, Osman and Allen will be declared for media.
After meeting with Osman, Allen will also be expected from Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti.
The meeting is reported to begin at 10:15.
This visit to Kosovo is under a Balkan tour that Allen is making these days.
