The officers checked Albania's citizens' phone, Flamur Rush, who showed that a number in Viber, identified as Interior Minister Taulant Balla, deceived TopChannel, reports.

According to sources of journalist Anila Hoxha, it was found that the owner of this account is the initial citizen F. Gj, who is currently under investigation and several measures have been handed down for the same fraudulent scheme.

The businessman, according to the fraud's request, has come to Tirana with a 100 thousand-euro bag and handed it over to a taxi driver.

“I kept track of taxi plates”, the businessman said in the police.

Elbasan's prosecutor identified the taxi driver, who declared “was a taxi driver, came to Tirana from Lezha and received the bag from Flamur Tresh. I asked him first if it was dangerous and he said no. When I gave him my bag, he gave me 100 euros”, said the taxi driver, who was released.
