Kosovo's former prime minister for talks with Serbia, Edita Tahiri, has reacted after the president, Vjosa Osmani, sharply criticised Kosovo government for failing to co-ordinate about sending the letter to the Council of Europe.
Tahiri has said Osmani “finally defended Kosovo, saying she demanded that the association not be granted for anything.
