He is accused of damaging the state by 24 thousand and 270 euros and 98 cents, avoiding taxes during 2011-2015.
I don't feel guilty... everything I've been avoiding is very unintentional, as well as when I was called by ATK I wasn't here. What if I knew I'd definitely show up? Because my only problem is that I'm just a citizen of America”, Vlasaliu declared.
Lawyer Driton Musliu sought to be released from criminal responsibility Vladaliu, since, according to him, there is no essential element that is the goal of avoiding state taxes.
On the other hand, prosecutor Elza Bajrami, in the final address after re-qualification of criminal acts, has said he has proved there has been evasion from the tax.
She has demanded that accused Vlasaliu be found guilty.
“We consider that the same has committed this criminal act, however, evidence that even with evidence that are part of the subject's paperwork as well as the experts, which we as the prosecutor do not oppose, and we propose to the court to plead guilty”, the prosecutor Bajrami has declared.
According to the indictment filed on May 2nd 2018, by the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina, Sinan Vlasaliu is being tasked with criminal work “Avoiding taxation”.
The indictment says defendant Vlasaliu in quality of singer and business owner “N.P.T. “Tusido” continued in Pristina for the fiscal years 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015 that connect to paying taxes, fees or other contributions to the Kosovo Tax Administration with the aim of illegal profit, has not declared or declared in part real circulation from its economic activity.
