By today Siljanovska Davkova new president of Northern Macedonia

Today, the President's Office will hold the official ceremony for handing over the president's post with the highest state and military honours.

Following the solemn ceremony, newly elected President Gordana Silljanovska Davkova and current President Stevo Pendarovski, who is due to expire today, are supposed to have a face-to-face meeting.

The State Election Commission yesterday issued the certificate for elected chairman Gordana Siljanovska-Dukova.

It will today issue a solemn statement before MPs in the Assembly.
