The Constitutional Court in Pristina has declared condemnation of indictees Burim Selmani, Kastriot Bajrami-Seydiu, Adushe Ukshini, Valon Hoti, Granit Abdeli, Faruk Ymer, Abdullah Trstena, Blerton Osterglava, Avdy Sejdiu and Muzafer Maliqi, in the case known as “Subventions V”

In total, the top ten indictees have been sentenced to 6 years and 6 months in prison and 30 thousand euros in fines.

According to the indictment, accused Selman was sentenced to 3 months in prison and 5 thousand euros in fines

For criminal work “Effect”. The same for the criminal act “Resignment with subsidies” was sentenced to 3 months in prison and 15 thousand euros in fines. The court pronounced him a unique five-month prison sentence and 20 thousand euros in fines.

While charged with Bajram-Seydiu, she was sentenced to 5 months in prison and 500 euros in fine for criminal acts “bribery”.

Meanwhile, according to the indictment of the accused Ukshi was sentenced to two years in prison and 5 thousand euros in fines for criminal acts “taking bribes”. To him, the court also pronounced additional condemnation, two years of ban on public administration or public service exercises.

The accused Hoti, on the other hand, was sentenced to 9 months in prison and 500 euros in fines for criminal acts “bribery”. The same was also submitted to supplementary punishment, two years' ban on exercising office in public administration or functions in public services.

On the other hand, according to the indictment, accused Abdely was sentenced to 9 months in prison and 100 euros in fines for the criminal act “impact control”.

With 6 months in prison and 1000 euros in fines for criminal work “in bribery”, accused Ymer was convicted.

For criminal work “in bribery” he was sentenced to 6 months in prison and a thousand euros, even the accused Osterglava.

Also, the accused Sejdiu was sentenced to 6 months in prison and a thousand euros in fines for criminal work “bribe”.

Even the accused Maliqi was sentenced to 6 months in prison and a thousand euros in fines for the criminal act “Britfeit”.

According to the indictment, the high-ranking indictees are obliged to pay the cost of the procedure in the name of the judicial pasalonium of 100 euros, as well as to the Crime Victims Compensation Fund 100.

Otherwise, at the initial hearing of accused Selmani, Bajrami-Seydiu, Ukshini, Hoti, Abdeli, Ymer, Trstena, Osterglava, Sejdiu and Maliqi had pleaded guilty to the criminal acts they were charged with.
