The “Agent for the Council of Europe Committee of Ministers could be changed in the last minute. But the sooner Kosovo makes a bold decision, the more realistic is reaching 2/3 of the majority to join the Council of Europe!” wrote Rohde on X, sharing part of an interview for A2 CNN.
