According to the Specialised Prosecutor's Office, this witness was arrested in June 1999 “by individuals with KLA striped arm and was later held and mistreated at two locations near Pristina”.
As the Special reports, this witness, along with two other “prisoners, managed to escape and sought help from KFOR-I”.
