Prejudice against ten accused in the “case Subventions”

The accused B.S. has been convicted and sentenced to prison sentences of five (5) months and fine sentences of many of its 20,000.00 euros for criminal acts of influence and subsidies, in which the decision is counted even in the amount of detention and house arrest from the date 03.12.2021 to the date 03.05.2022. The defendant B.S has voluntarily made compensation for the damage caused at the value of 184, 857.53 euros.

Charged K. The B-S has been convicted and sentenced to prison sentences of five (5) months and fine sentences of many of 500 for the criminal offence of Ryshfet, in which the verdict is calculated even the previous period in the amount of house arrest from the date 2402.2021 to the 2409.2021 term, which will not be executed until the sentence becomes permanent form.

The A.U. has been convicted and sentenced to prison sentences of two (2) years and fine sentences in many of the 5,000m for criminal work that in continuation and co-ordination has committed criminal work, accepting bribes, in which the verdict is calculated even to the measure of house arrest from the 2402.2021 to the 2405.2021 term that the sentence will not be executed until the sentence becomes a permanent form. Courts of the accused A.U. also impose additional sentences, where the same is prohibited for two (2) the exercise of office in public administration or public service functions after serving prison sentences.

The accused V.H. has been convicted and sentenced to prison sentences of nine (9) months and fine sentences of many of 500 for criminal work that, in turn, and in co-ordination, he committed the criminal act of accepting bribes in which the verdict is calculated even to the extent of the house arrest and the extent of house arrest from the 30.06.2021 to the 30.03.2022, which sentence will not be executed until the sentence becomes a clear form. Courts of the accused V.U. also impose additional sentences, where the same is prohibited for two (2) the exercise of office in public administration or public service functions after serving prison sentences.

The accused G.A. has been convicted and sentenced to jail sentences of nine (9) months and fine sentences of many of 100 euros, for the criminal occupation of the influence in which the decision is counted even for the measure of house arrest from the date 30.06.2021 to the 30.03.2022, which the sentence will not be executed until the sentence becomes permanent.

The defendant F.Y. has been convicted and sentenced to prison sentences for six months and fine sentences in many of the 1,000m for the criminal offence Ryschfet, which will not be executed if the F.Y in the term of a year, unless he commits another criminal act.

The accused A.T. has been convicted and sentenced to prison sentences of six months and fines of many of the 1000m, for the criminal offence Ryschfet, which on bail will not be executed unless the defendant in the 1 year term performs another criminal offence.

The accused B.O. has been found guilty and sentenced to prison sentences of 6 months and fine sentences of many of the 1,000m, for criminal offence Ryschfet, which on bail will not be executed unless the defendant in the 1 year term commits another criminal act.

Charged A.S. has been convicted and sentenced to prison sentences of six months and fine sentences of many 1,000, for the criminal offence of Ryschfet, which on bail will not be executed unless the one-year term defendant commits another criminal offence.

Indictee M. M has been convicted and sentenced to prison sentences of six months and fine sentences of many thousand, for the criminal offence of Ryschfet, which on bail will not be executed unless the 1 year-term defendant commits another criminal offence”, the court reports.

According to the tribunal, the accused has been obliged to compensate for the expenses of the criminal procedure, while the damaged party has been instructed in civil disputes over the property requirement.
