Population registration postponed until 24 May, AKS shows procedures to be followed

Through a report, the AKS stressed that since there may be individuals, family economies, or even those who refused (at the moment), whatever the reason was that they were not registered before, with the postponement of the census date until May 24th 2024, everyone has been given the opportunity to register.

“The census can be made when citizens contact the 11 telephone numbers given below, or they can go to the 7 regional offices of the Kosovo Statistics Agency: Pristina (ASK), Mitrovica (statistics' office), Peja (statistics' office), Gjakova (statistics' office), Prizren (Stistics' office), Ferizaj (Stitistics' office), and Gjilan (statics' office). While, in the four northern municipalities, in municipal objects (where the registration offices will be open) from 0900-18:00”, the announcement said.

The AKS adds that during May 18th-24, 2024, the census (the interview) will be conducted by the staff of the Kosovo Statistics Agency (ASK).
