In the announcement of the KPK released after the 247th meeting, it is said to have approved the final report on the irregular assessment of a prosecutor's performance at the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina.
“rejected the repeated opposition and approved the final report for the irregular performance assessment of a (1) prosecutor at the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor, by making a decision to submit the proposal for his dismissal to the country's president”, the statement said.
According to various sources of the “Justice Trust”, Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's Chief Prosecutor, Zejnullah Gashi, has applied to the Prosecutor's Appropriation Commission for Excellence, for improper (extraordinary) assessment of prosecutor Havana Krasniqi's performance, following a mistake made by this prosecutor in a course he has had in treatment.
But according to these sources, the Prosecutor's Performance Commission has assessed that prosecutor Krasniqi's performance is insufficient, while the Commission's performance assessment report has submitted it to the KKP, where it has approved the Commission's report.
Based on information that has “Justice Vow”, Prosecutor Havana Krasniqi and the last two regular assessments of her performance have been insufficient, where by the KKP she was sent to compulsory training, training she had failed.
Regarding the KKP's proposal for its dismissal, the “Justice Trust” has also contacted prosecutor Krasniqi, who has said he is on medical leave and has no information.
