Through a news conference, Retkocer has said that some 15 hectares of public land are being put into service by this plan.
“The plan is aimed at changing public property with high construction. Again, over 15 acres of public property is being served by builders. PDK doesn't vote for smuggling public property at the expense of residents”, Retkocer expressed.
He has said the PDK will support a plan for this neighbourhood, only when a plan will be brought in as he pointed out, for citizens' interests and not for the interests of builders.
