Valon Murati, chairman of the Movement for the Union, in terms of the situation in the country, especially with the failure to enter the agenda for Kosovo's membership in the CoE, said this has been a “cronic of the warned refusal”.
He said the past weeks and months were clear that there was a condition by international partners, starting with US envoy Gabriel Escobar's statements, to follow with representatives from France and Germany.
This is the political reality that we find ourselves in and that, as a society we have to understand, because not every time you meet the conditions you become part of international organizations. Based on criteria, Kosovo has met all these money to many other countries, which are part of the KiE”, Murati said in “InfoPlus”, RTK.
He added that Kosovo citizens have been constantly damaged, not having the opportunity to apply to the European Court for Human Rights, but also Kosovo's unwillingness in international organisations.
Murati considers this situation based on circumstances of political conflict, putting the situation with visas in analogy.
Meanwhile, in terms of association, Murati estimates that this continues to remain the “of Achilles”, for Kosovo's membership in international organisations.
