The Ministry of Internal Affairs has announced that by May 10th, the process of converting drivers issued by Serbian illegal structures into Kosovo drivers' license will begin.
According to the MPB, converting drivers issued by Serbian illegal structures to Kosovo drivers' license will last until 9 August this year.
“All citizens who possess a driver's license issued by non-legal Serbian structures can apply for the official driver's license of the Republic of Kosovo through the application of electronic form on the website https://patenthoferonline.rks-gov.net/ or even physically at the Documentation Centre in all Kosovo municipalities”, the MPB report said.
On the other hand, the MPB said that in case of physical application to the Centers for Equipment Sports, citizens should own IDs, the original driver's license issued by Serbian authorities, the health certificate for driving licenses.
Health certificates are issued by health institutions licensed by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kosovo, throughout the territory of the Republic of Kosovo”.
The price for health certificate will range from the tool category for which the driver is patented and the following: For category B/ The EU's health certificate price is 20 euros (20.00). For the C category and the D category, the price of health certificate is 50 euros (50.00. m). Evidence of the tax fee, whose value is fifteen euros (15.00 m) and the original driver's license issued by UNMIK or RKS if the application is made to add categories, which has also been enabled through this decision by the Ministry of Interior Affairs”, says the report.
