According to the prosecution, the victim had left a letter stressing that the aforementioned people had thrown him into a file.

“... as a result of the defendant's actions, the same has left a handwritten letter stressing that the defendants have thrown him into the file”, the prosecution's request said.

With these actions, the three defendants allegedly committed criminal work “Suicide push and suicide aid” by Article 177, paragraph 1 of KPRK and “Fide” from Article 331, KPRK's paragraph 3.
