The EU's minister for Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak, has remained for an official visit to Washington, where he met with Assistant Secretary Jim O'Brien and Deputy Assistant Secretary and Minister for the Western Balkans Gabriel Escobar.
Lajcak has said that at the meeting they have discussed the road forward in terms of dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia, and that they have also talked about regional issues related to the Western Balkans.
The Slovak emissary has said that excellent co-operation between the US and the European Union has been reconfirmed at this meeting.
“I have the pleasure of meeting with Jim O'Brien and Deputy Assistant Secretary Escobar in Washington today to discuss the road forward in Dialog and other regional issues in the Western Balkans. Reconfirmed Our Fine Cooperation The EU-US” has written Lajcak.
