“Requesting Serbia to hand over Milan Radojcichi to Kosovo and his paramilitary group that killed Sergeant Africa Bulnjak on 24 September last year”, Kurti said in his address.
He stressed that good neighbourly relations in the region “with de facto recognition and jury are necessary for peace, security and integration”.
