Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti, following direct involvement in the pre-election campaign in Northern Macedonia and his alignment with the V coalition LEN, has been hosting his office in Pristina today, Arben Taravari, Bilall Kasmine, Izet Mexhidin, Africa Gashi and Bekim Qokun.
Kurti with representatives of the V coalition LEN, who are also expected to finalise the ruling coalition agreement with VMRO-led leader. DMPNE, Hristian Mickoski, has talked about issues of importance for Albanians and reports between Kosovo and Macedonia of Weirut.
In the communiqué issued by the Kosovo Government's Media Office, concern for the parties is said to be the Russian and Serbian influence, which occurs through criminal corrupt networks.
As written in the communiqué, this meeting has been held in a spirit of co-operation, given that Albanians in the Balkans are the undisputed factor in supporting democratisation, European integration, peace and security and Euro-Atlantic sustainability.
“V representatives LEN discussed with Prime Minister Kurti on issues of importance for Albanians in northern Macedonia, but also for interstate relations between the Republic of Kosovo and the Republic of Northern Macedonia and other important issues. Concern for the parties continues to be the Russian and Serbian influence, which happens even through corrupt networks and criminal networks. Developing infrastructure that connects the populations of our states was one of the main topics of discussion, along with ideas and projects to revive economic, cultural and educational co-operation”, the ZKM report said.
“Takim developed in the spirit of heartfelt co-operation, bearing in mind that Albanians in the Balkans are the undisputed factor in supporting democratisation, European integration, peace and security and Euro-Atlantic sustainability”, the announcement concludes.
