According to a communiqué issued by the KSF, it is said to be the commander of the Earth Forces Commander Brigadier General Hysen Dresey, Commander of the Third Subcolonial Regiment Ilir Beqiri, military representatives from the American Embassy who reportedly were divided with the course and professional preparation of the exercise.
